I've tried contacting Joe from my phone, so has my wife, from her phone. We're not being blocked because Joe doesn't know my wife's phone number, so he could never have blocked it. When we try to call and communicate via telephone, we get a message saying that the subscriber can't receive calls just now - a nice way of saying the subscriber hasn't paid his bill or renewed his subscription. I realize paying people nothing looks good on a spreadsheet ... but it doesn't work for long in the real world, before you encounter real problems. Until I can communicate with your property manager, I cannot make arrangements to pick up the refrigerator - property that you unlawfully instructed your onsite manager to interfere with the removal of. And I sure hope it's in working condition when I DO pick it up. Regards, ~richard
