I submitted a mold sample in late March, 2015, and it looks like it's still in progress. Any updates?

More specifically ... when I query your website (http://www.prolabinc.com/mold-kits2.asp) for the status of a mold sample with the nine-digit ID number of 358658800, it reports that the test is still in process ... even though it was estimated to have completed in early April, 2015.

May I ask if you have encountered unexpected complexity and if I may be informed of the cause of the delay?

Please do not in any way regard this as a request to report results before they are ready. There is no pressure to get the results back by a certain date, any more.

But there are many people whom are interested in the results - and you may expect more tests coming from Humboldt County, if I am any judge of things.
