The first tire stabbing occurred some time on 17 April - last Friday -=0A=
either during the afternoon, while I was discussing settlement of PPM's=0A=
eviction with their lawyer, or during the evening, while I was at the=0A=
South Fortuna Elementary School carnival, running the Cake Walk.=0A=

I describe it as a stabbing rather than a slashing because it is clear=0A=
that the point of the knife was used - and because I think the tire was=0A=
a surrogate, standing in for me.=0A=

(I really don't see any value to anyone but the perpetrator, in assuming=0A=

The second tire stabbing occurred some time yesterday evening, probably=0A=
after dark - but I did not notice it until this morning.=0A=

I know the second tire stabbing occurred at a different time because I=0A=
moved the Mazda to use it to jump-start another vehicle, yesterday=0A=
morning, and the tire was OK then - it was also OK yesterday afternoon.=0A=

I took some additional pictures of the first puncture wound, this=0A=
morning, using chalk to make the actual size of the cuts visible and=0A=
measurable - hence, you will see some pictures of the rear tire, dated=0A=
last weekend as well as today, but they all relate to the incident that=0A=
happened last weekend ... as opposed to the front tire, which happened=0A=
last night.=0A=

I'm not sure if you want to assign one case number or two; it seems to=0A=
me that they are separate incidents.=0A=

I'm not sure if this tire-stabbing is related to the settlement with PPM=0A=
- basically, my wife and I won our eviction case, and have until the end=0A=
of May to vacate the apartment ... at which time (if not before), I=0A=
think Humboldt County's Department of Environment Health is going to=0A=
make themselves felt ... and I know that PPM is not happy.=0A=

Just between you and me and anyone else who gives a poop, I see people=0A=
coming and going to and from 137 12th Street's Building 5, between=0A=
sunset, and maybe 3:30 or 4 AM, seven nights a week - all you'd need to=0A=
do is park a rental car or two, set up with cameras, across the street,=0A=
to record all the comings and goings - even if you couldn't record=0A=
faces, it would demonstrate that SOMETHING was going on.=0A=
