I understand that you are trying to evict her for non-payment of rent - that she has been withholding her rent because PPM has breached the habitability covenant, etc. I bring this to your attention because she has shown me a jar with some really large bedbugs inside, that she has collected, in her apartment, recently. This would seem to suggest that the bedbug epidemic has not been resolved yet. It also feeds directly into Alan Attar's case, as his apartment was infested with bedbugs when he was driven insane.
