Please re-re-schedule the mold testing appointment after 3 p.m. Wednesday,
March 18, 2015.

By the way, your excuse of not showing up for today's appointment is not
acceptable. You are conducting a business; in a business environment You
MUST do your due diligence and verify your information, and you MUST let
your customers know about your decision. You CANNOT abruptly interrupt the
communication and blame that on other people.

Please use salutations when you are writing an email to multiple people so
that we all know who you are trying to talk to.

Please note that I have a job; I cannot take time off whenever you want me
to.

Please hold the same standard for yourself and your customers. If it takes
you two days to reply my email, please don't expect me to return your email
in two hours.

Please take a deep breath and think this through when you are most calm.
