Make that "please DE-schedule".

It's not an emergency.

You can't initiate a lawsuit and then force your way into our apartment 
to do the very maintenance that you refused to do for month after month 
after month, when your refusal to carry out the maintenance was the 
cause of the lawsuit ... Jessica.

Don't be stupid.

You initiated a lawsuit.

What makes you think we'd let you into our apartment to destroy the 
evidence of your employer's incompetence and malice?

The work has waited for over a month.

It's obviously NOT an emergency.

The only emergency you care about is the emergent awareness that PPM is 
about to get dragged through the mud.

DO NOT enter our apartment without our permission.
