maintenance needs of your unit regardless of the unit being in the eviction
process.

Please let me know if you have already called a plumber and provide me a
copy of the bill showing what the problem was.

If you have not called a plumber, or are having trouble getting one to
respond, please call Tim at Tim's Plumbing 499-1266.  I have called him and
authorized him to respond to your need if you call him.
