Jessica,

Please advise if PPM and the owner are still handling plugged sinks, 
given our current state of disagreement, or if I should dispatch the 
plumber at my own cost.

If I don't get an answer in the next hour I will assume that PPM is not 
handling plumbing issues at this time.
