Gentlemen,

When the three boys living in 137 12th Street, Apt 4A were leaving, they 
kicked their dog.

I stepped out to see why the dog was crying, and was threatened by all 
three boys.

Justin Klammes said he was going to return and kill me. He also claimed 
that he was the one who smashed my windshield.

Bobby Klammes said the same thing - that he was going to come back and 
kill me. He also said he was going to rape my Chinese wife - those were 
his words.

I think it was Zeke - the kid with the gray pit bull - who said he was 
going to smash in my window, again. He was threatening to turn his pit 
bull loose on me.

I'm putting this in writing so there is no question about what I said to 
you, or when.

I will be in San Francisco later today and I start a new job tomorrow.

But I note that my wife and children are unprotected.
