If I were you, Jessica, I would be on the premises at 0645.

I would do this until I finally caught Richard Henson on the premises.

I would witness Richard Henson entering the premises.

I would take out my cellphone.

I would record my conversation with Richard Henson.

I would approach Richard Henson, identify myself, and order him off the 
property - never to return, GTFO - using my authority, as manager of 137 
12th Street.

I would call the police, and ask them to enforce this demand.

I would follow up the request in writing.

I would provide a carbon copy to all interested parties.

Or I would prepare to answer questions for why I did not think this was 
required - and whom I thought might be able to do such a thing, if I did 
not feel like it.

Unless you're waiting for a coroner to get involved - again.

Your employer has accepted responsibility for managing this complex.

Manage it.
