He was picking up someone from 4B, to go to work. The person from 4B took a picture of me, as they left the parking lot. From this I infer that he had a cell phone and was capable of receiving calls. My question is why Richard Henson needs to trespass onto the premises of 137 12th Street and park in another resident's parking place, when he has a cell phone, and can call his companion, and say, "I'm here, come on out to the sidewalk"?
