I say this because the problem is not superficial. The plasterboard is permeated with mold. Sheets of plasterboard cost $10 apiece. Bottles of liquid promising to eliminate mold for an indeterminate amount of time cost about $3. Are you really adding any value by wiping mold off the surfaces while ignoring the substantial problem of infected, humidity-saturated plasterboard that is a decade past its expected lifespan? Or is this perception management? Do you think that Paul and I are lying when we say that we have, separately, already wiped down the wall with bleach? Twice? Have you considered asking us to affirm these facts under oath? Or is the truth inconvenient? I invite you to consider actually solving the problem - instead of smearing mascara over it.
