When we last discussed the question of window screens for the apartments 
at 137 12th Street, it was thought that there might be action by 
December, 2014.

It's now mid-January, 2015, and there is no indication of any plan to 
install window screens anywhere at 137 12th Street.

Is there anything that can be done to enforce this?

May I know what code section you are trying to get the owners and 
managers of 137 12th Street to follow, so that I, too, can po9int it out 
to them, when I see them?
