She was sitting in her room (which faces towards our patio, and, beyond that, faces 12th Street, IE, has a western exposure), probably running a sewing machine, with the window open. She said that after she heard the crash, yesterday, that a woman ran between the buildings, around the corner, and hid, behind our fence. She said that a man then came between the buildings, calling out and saying, 'Where are you?', looking for the woman. It's not clear if she recognized the woman. I don't think she recognized the man. I hope that helps, in your investigation of yesterday's "pedestrian versus vehicle" incident - which clearly was not 'incidental' the victim of the 'accident'. I have heard from various sources that the woman was a guest in Apartment 5C but I remain suspicious of the involvement of the people in 5D - I cannot see why they would misrepresent events to me as having involved a mysterious person with a rock jumping out from behind a non-existent bush, hitting this woman on the head, and evaporating. I understand that the victim was "cut in half" by the vehicle. Did she also experience cranial trauma? I wonder if the cranial trauma occurred first - and the vehicular accident was a coverup. I make no apologies for having a nasty and suspicious mind. Regards, ~richard
