Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Jessica, As of October or November there was a notice saying the entire complex was infested with bedbugs. As you, and PPM, are aware, when the infestation was first exposed - by my wife's diligence and attention to detail - my family was forced to dispose of two dressers, two bunkbeds, two futon frames, and six futons. As, you, and PPM, are aware - because they were your instructions - we washed, dried, and bagged our clothing. We had to transfer all of our clothing into plastic boxes because we no longer had dressers. As you, and PPM, are aware - because you have been on site, taking pictures of the mold growing on the walls in the kitchen and bedrooms - we are sleeping on cots, in cheap sleeping bags, like refugees, in a bomb shelter ... waiting for the 'all clear' to be sounded. Has the infestation been eliminated? Is PPM comfortable putting in writing an instruction that it is safe to remove the clothing from boxes and to return sleeping on futons? When will I be compensated for those futons and the lost furniture? Sincerely, ~richard
