Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Jessica, Maybe a year or two ago I heard some gossip about Richard Henson being arrested for rape. I asked Richard Henson, the next time I saw him, if this was true - and he sheepishly told me something that seemed to add up to him being seduced by the daughter of one of the tenants and it all being a setup to extort rent. The way I heard it from another source - I don't remember exactly who - was that he had offered, as the manager, to trade a month's rent, for sex with the tenant's daughter - and that the mother-and-daughter pair had afterwards reneged upon the deal. I tend to be slow to process some things because I am trying to avoid leaping to conclusions. There are two sides to every he-said-she-said story. Sometimes more; there's the inside, too. I've been on the receiving end of derogatory gossip. You can't always trust the messenger. Etc. But, what with him talking about sticking his dick in my wife's mouth (almost direct quote from SMS text provided as photographic exhibit to Humboldt County Superior Court) ... and my having four daughters ... and the judge being OK with him parking his car here and going in through a door, just five feet away from my front door, whenever he wants ... .. this story comes to mind. Because I don't think it's fictional. I think what also brings it to mind is Richard Henson's repeated use of the word "child molester", in his acrimonious exchanges with me (see previous email with attached audio recording). His crowd have also used the term against my brother. They even called the police and reported that my brother was a molester - pretending that they didn't know my brother, and that he was a stranger. I have mulled over the attraction of this term, 'child molester', to them - and its source. And suddenly, it came to me - ermagard, Richard Henson is TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF - an insight that I owe to Paulie, your maintenance man, who pointed this out when I was quoting some of the other outrageous things Richard Henson was saying about me, in his SMS texts. I'm guessing that others have called Richard Henson a "child molester" .. and the effect this has upon him is so devastating, that he has begun using it, first, anticipatorily - before it can be used against him. Unfortunately, I can't prove this, objectively. We're in the land of abnormal psychology, after all. And the State of California has stopped cooperating. That is, Megan's Law seems to have been slightly modified ... and those found guilty of MISDEMEANOR sexual contact with a minor, IE, a child, 16 or 17 years old, can now - according to the website - file a form, and request their removal from the Megan's Law website. So law enforcement still knows they are predators ... but the public - IE, future employers of Richard Henson, perhaps as an apartment manager - do not. And I'm guessing that Richard's sexual contact with was a 16-to-17-year-old ... and Richard has filed one of those forms. Because he doesn't show up. And ... I'm not sure about this ... but I might have looked him up, after I heard this rumor, and seen that, yes, he WAS listed ... which would have naturally led to the next step, asking him what his side of the story was - which, as described above ... I did. So let me say ... he doesn't show up ANY MORE. But I think he did ... once upon a time, when the laws were different. Now, suggesting that someone is a sexual predator, without evidence, is a dangerous business. And so I assure you that I would not put this in writing if I did not have strong reason to think it was true - even if I cannot prove it. I thought I'd share this information, in the hopes it would help form some conclusions that might result in tangible actions on the part of the property's owner and/or management. I would be seriously disappointed if Sylvia had not already heard this rumor, herself. Whatever happened to the day when the owner or manager could just say, discreetly, yet firmly ... 'he's not welcome on the property'? Regards, ~richard
