I have a big bubble forming, under one cabinet. My analysis is that the thick, thick layer of outdoor paint is pulling away from the wall because of its weight. I think the paint layer is also pulling away from the wall because of the amount of humidity already contained in the wall. The wall contains humidity because it is past its effective lifespan.
