It took about two weeks for the mold to start growing on the walls, again.

It's down at the base of the wall, where it's cold.

It's cold because it's uninsulated.

It's also cold because the wall is damp.

The wall is damp because the foundation has filled up with water.

How do I know the foundation has filled up with water?

Because I hear frogs under the building.
