Jessica,

For your information, there will be a restraining order hearing 
regarding my request for Richard Henson to stay 100 yards away from 137 
12th Street.

It's up to you whether you want to send an observer or even a 
participant - as the representative of the owner, I'd think you have an 
interest in the outcome and you surely possess facts which would be of 
interest to the Court.

The hearing is scheduled for 1:45 PM today in Department 8, Superior 
Court, 825 5th Street. Case is CP140620.

If nothing else, I think you would want to know if any of your own 
company's employees show up, as supporting witnesses for Richard Henson.
