It seems that one of Richard Henson's tree-cutting coworkers, that he got a job for, where he works, lives in Building 3 - that would be the middle of three buildings, on the south side of the lot - actually, he lives in Apartment 3C, second floor, on the right. (If we were to pretend this was a gang, then this hypothetical 'gang' would have have members in two-thirds of the buildings, at least - Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 7 - and I guess the only reasons they aren't in 1 and 2 is that those buildings face the street, and are more exposed to traffic noise ... as well as observation.) And so Richard just naturally instructed his coworker to park the company vehicle at 137 12th Street, so that Richard would have a reason to be here, on the premises, every morning. (Sounds like borderline stalking, to me.) He doesn't actually come on the premises. Instead, according to Paulie, he waits, outside, at the curb, and has his coworker bring the truck out, then, gets in. Presumably he leaves his vehicle here - which would indicate that he feels it is safe - and then does the same thing, in reverse, in the afternoons. Paulie contacted the owner of the tree company and asked him to stop parking his vehicle on the premises. The vehicle has been moved. Regards, ~richard
