Dear Richard,

As you may be aware Pauli does a lot of the work on the property.  I called
Pauli just now and advised him of your email to me this morning with your
plumbing issues.
Pauli indicated that he was on the property,  and had already spoke to you
this morning.  He advised me that it is his intention to stop by your unit
this morning and assess the issues you have mentioned in your email.

Hopefully,  Pauli will be able to clear the plugged drain line for you.
Pauli advised me that he would call me after visiting your unit,  and if he
is unable to clear the drain line,  he and I will discuss a plan to make
that happen for you.
