I called 911 and told them the Mustang was back.

I did not check the license plate but it parked in the same place it 
always does.

Two occupants.

They are almost certainly in building 5, by the dumpsters - probably 
upstairs, on the left - although they may be in building 7 - that would 
be upstairs, on the right - Building 7 is at the other rear corner of 
the property.
