I am a systems administrator, professionally, and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been doing it for 30 years. I have four children. I live 250 miles away from work because I don't think the San Francisco Bay Area is a safe place to raise kids. So you can imagine how I felt when I realized that the four or five men wandering about our apartment complex, one morning, were armed felon recovery agents, wearing bullet-proof vests. This becomes more germane when I say that I was recently assaulted by two men - one of them, known to me, as a result of having been the former property manager for the apartment complex - and realized that not only was the other, unknown person, the first person's cousin ... but that he was probably the person the felon recovery team had been looking for. And so I want to bring to your attention that this felon may be visiting at 137 12th Street, Fortuna, CA 95540. I do not know this felon's name - but there cannot be too many wanted felons, from Arkansas, who are suspected to be hiding in Humboldt County. It's possible that the felon's last name is "Henson", because he is said to be Richard Henson's cousin - Richard Henson being the name of the former, now disgraced, apartment complex manager. If this felon is visiting 137 12th Street, Fortuna, he is probably visiting someone in Building 5 (by the dumpsters) - probably one of the in-laws that Richard Henson (the former property manager) was so adept at insinuating, throughout the complex, in the best apartments, with the best of everything. It is also possible that this felon is now in custody. I saw him driving the below-described vehicle (proper license plate is 6ACV961, as seen in Subject: field, above) and entering the premises, this morning. This was the same vehicle that had been used when I had been assaulted, a week ago. When the driver saw me, he turned around, and left ... and I immediately called 911, and told them that when the suspected felon left, that there had been a CHP cruiser immediately in front of him - with both vehicles headed for the freeway. I am wondering what Mr Henson's cousin is wanted for - and if there is a reward for his capture - if it is not inappropriate to ask. Just before the Mustang pulled out into traffic on 12th Street, a CHP unit passed by. I shouted for the CHP but he did not stop.
