Officer Erler,

It's occurred to me that your files may not contain some of the 
information I learned today, that this is all developing.

What I heard is that there was an incident some time ago involving 137 
12th Street and Building 5, where Richard Henson and his cousin, from 
Arkansas, trying to force their way into one of the upstairs apartments 
- that would be 5-C or 5-D - and the police were called.

Richard Henson, seeing that the police were there, told his cousin - who 
was skinning up to the second floor and trying to force his way in via 
the balcony door - and his cousin jumped down, over the fence, and fled 
into the pasture behind the Park West Apartment complex.

He did this because he knew that his cousin had felony warrants - and he 
did not.

I don't know the rest of the story - I think I referred to you to Paul, 
in an earlier email, it was rather convoluted and i didn't take notes - 
but the gist of it was that Richard Henson had somehow become the 
recipient of this other person's Spocial Security funds ... and had 
started stealing from the account.

At some point, he was stealing so much that there wasn't enough left to 
pay the rent - and it came to the attention of Paul, and, I would 
expect, other authorities.

It wasn't clear to me if these details had percolated to you, or your 
department's, attention, yet.

But it seems to me that there are grounds for Federal charges here.
