.. and, is there a reward for his capture?

I seem to recall there was a felon recovery team of some sort on the 
premises of 137 12th Street about three to six months ago.

Now, I'm wondering if they were looking or this fellow.

Wish I'd known. I think he was here for a few weeks, on and off, not too 
long ago - hanging out in Building 5.
