Officer Erler,

I just had a conference with someone who does maintenance for 137 12th 
Street - Paul, who is distantly associated with the owners, and, 
coincidentally, lived in Arcata, when things with Richard Henson and the 
owners of 137 12th Street went sour, and so has become their local 
representative - and I told him, in response to his questions, what 
happened.

He tells me that there was previously an incident here at 137 12th 
Street, in Building 5, I think, involving Richard Henson, and his cousin 
- who's from Arkansas, and has felony warrants.

Apparently Richard Henson is named as an intermediary recipient of this 
person's Social Security benefits and had been taking a portion of the 
benefits for himself - so much, that the recipient was no longer able to 
pay his own rent. The whole story is involved and so I refer you to 
Paul, or your own files, for the details.

The description of the person - who apparently jumped the fence and 
fled, into the cow pasture, behind 137 12th Street, to get away from the 
police - seems to match the description of the person who assaulted me.

I am wondering now if the license plate that I gave you, matching the 
black car with dark windows, was an Arkansas license plate. But the 
images I see of license plates from Arkansas, on the Internet, don't 
match, and I don't recall the upper portion of the license plate being 
masked. So I'm going to stick with Virginia as a possibility.

So it would seem that Richard Henson knows where a wanted felon is 
staying - and that he went to get him, before he came to my house.

Maybe back-trailing him would help figure out where his cousin is staying.

I'd like to make an appointment to show you the threats Richard Henson 
has made against me, and my wife, via SMS, pursuant to getting a TRO 
against him. When would be convenient?
