Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Officer Erler, Has Richard Henson been located? Has the other person who assaulted me, been identified? (Based on information and belief, that would be the driver of the black car.) Based on the license plate, has the car been identified? I was thinking, that I was not sure if it was a California plate. In fact, it might have been a Virginia license plate - I seem to recall seeing a car with a Virginia license plate, in the parking lot, at 137 12th street, a week or so ago - and, in my injured state, I might not have grasped the subtlety of black letters on a white background (Virginia), versus dark blue letters on a white background (California). I ask, because a) I am wondering if Richard Henson left the vicinity, and b) I would ike to get a TRO against Richard Henson and the other person, .. and I would need the identity of the other person in order to get a restraining order against them. I wonder ... how many other calls to 911 did you get, for my incident? Because the door to 4-B was open, and everyone in 4-B was surely aware I had been assaulted. If no one from any other apartment called 911 to report an assault, that would be strong evidence that a gang mentality was in effect. Regards, ~richard 707-725-7995
