Jessica,

There have been half a dozen cigarette butts scattered on the gravel in 
front of 137 12th Street, Unit 4, for weeks.

Even a few pieces of broken glass.

I've been watching the butts and wondering when Bobbie was going to pick 
them up.

I pointed them out to him today - he accused me of throwing them down there.

Sorry, I don't smoke that brand of cigarettes.

I think he doesn't want to pick them up because

a) those cigarette butts were thrown there by his own family, probably 
his own girlfriend
b) I've listened to him make fun of his dad for being the guy that picks 
up trash - now he's the guy

He gave me a lot of lip - and he's not picking up the trash.

It's not just unit 4 - the hallways of all six units are not getting 
swept, not even on a weekly basis.

This isn't rocket science.

Either one knows what clean looks like ... or one doesn't.

Can you find someone who understands what 'clean' is, to manage this 
place - please?
