I have described to them the problem of green, grey and black molds growing along the baseboards, and I have asked them how it is possible that mold could grow only a few months after the walls were repeatedly painted with outdoor-grade paint. I have also asked them to address the topic of screens on the windows as I think the inability to open the windows, for fear of flies and strange hands, interferes with the ability of the air in the apartment to circulate. I'll keep you apprised of any feedback I get so that you have an opportunity to have a representative present. Regards, ~richard 707-725-7995 PS: I am still waiting to hear more about the status of the bedbug extermination effort, as well as the explanation behind the previously announced, but unfulfilled, visit from the new cockroach exterminator.
