Jessica,

As I was composing my previous email I heard footsteps upstairs, in 4C.

I stepped out and saw Bobbi and his father leaving Apartment 4C.

Bobbi was using a passkey to enter the apartment.

Did he have permission to do that? And, from whom?

Bobbi said he needed a kitchen drawer.

He told me he can do that because he is the manager.

Presumably the kitchen drawer is for HIS kitchen.

Note that my kitchen has been lacking a drawer for five months.

Such prompt response to visible problems is noteworthy - if only by its
absence where the rest of us are concerned.

Otherwise, I'd be tempted to call it "looting".

Note that if the kitchen drawer has cockroach eggs or bedbug eggs on it,
Bobbi just transferred the infestation from Building 4 to Building 5,
where, apparently, Bobbi now lives.

Regards,

~richard
