Bobbi called the cops on my brother and tried to get him arrested for 
whatever they could get him arrested for.

Bobbi's brother denied they were the ones who called the police, of course.

The spin given to the police was that my brother (who is visiting, but, 
who is on the lease, as well) was frightening the children of the 
apartment complex, somehow.

Bobbi's little brother was outside, watching, and texting someone, while 
this was all happening.

Bobbi's family knows my brother very well. So this was not a mistake, or 
a coincidence.
