To whom it may concern,

I am writing to report that the faucets in the bathroom tub area of 
Apartment 4A, 137 12th Street, Fortuna, are leaking.

I estimate 5 to 10 gallons a day - that's translates into around $0.50 
to $1.00 a day in water.
