So I guess this is to acknowledge that I have received your request and will do my best to abide by it. .. However ... We're seeing bedbugs in the bedrooms. I understand there's a history of infestation in this specific apartment - and the prior management, based on information and belief, seems to have not called an exterminator - as well as, based on information and belief, concealing the infestation from future tenants. Have you seen any bedbugs? If you do, bag them and freeze them. Look for black spots along the lining of your box spring and mattress, and small white eggs, and dead molted skins, on the carpets - the live are hard to spot, during the day. Use a small broom to sweep the molted skins up - large brooms don't work as well. The bedbugs are hard to see - very thin, very dark, fond of crevices. If you see any, please contact the Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services - ask for the Environmental Health Department. Emma is the receptionist. Amanda is the supervisor. (I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and schedule an appointment; I called them yesterday morning.) Regards, ~richard
