Rafat Omar Ahmad Khamayseh, 15, was killed by Israeli forces in Jenin.
Undercover Israeli forces deliberately killed a 15-year-old Palestinian boy after he saw them sneaking into the Jenin refugee camp during a military incursion on September 19, a human rights group said. 
In a report issued on Wednesday by Defense for Children Palestine (DCIP), the Palestinian sector of Geneva-based Defense for Children International (DCI), Rafat Omar Ahmad Khamayseh left his grandfather's house in the northern West Bank's Jenin refugee camp on Tuesday, September 19, when he then "saw Israeli Special Forces exiting three Palestinian licensed cars and surround the home of the father of a Palestinian man wanted for arrest." The report stated that "Rafat fled, yelling, `Special Forces! Special Forces!' One Israeli soldier chased Rafat and shot him in the abdomen from a distance of 10 meters".
The Israeli occupation forces then shot at the boy again, as a Palestinian man came to his aid and "threw himself on top of Rafat and rolled him toward his house, less than five meters away. The man and his family sheltered Rafat for about an hour and a half as the Israeli military prevented ambulances from accessing Jenin refugee camp." The boy was reported to have been "struck with one bullet that entered his abdomen and exited from the upper right side of his chest ... He bled extensively from his mouth and nose while waiting for an ambulance." The DCIP stated that "Rafat died before an ambulance transferred him to Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin."
Khamayseh's murder is the latest killing of a Palestinian - especially a minor - by Israeli forces this year, with at least 240 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and besieged Gaza Strip having reportedly been killed since the beginning of 2023, including 48 children.
The human rights group acknowledged the killing of Palestinian minors as a common practice by Occupation forces, stating in its report that "Investigations and evidence collected by DCIP regularly suggest that Israeli forces use lethal force against Palestinian children in circumstances that may amount to extrajudicial or willful killings".

Comment: The JINOs would say that the child was a casualty of war.
But if the JINOs are at war, the least they could do is to stop referring to their enemies as "terrorists". They are enemy soldiers. Every narrative has at least two sides; sometimes, more.
The JINOs would complain that the so-called enemy "soldiers" aren't wearing uniforms; but neither are many of the Jewish government's special forces.
The boy died a hero, doing the right thing; protecting his community from those whom would inflict violence upon it. He did not say "not my problem". The boy died like a man, with courage, and his integrity intact. We respect every bit of that.
The JINOs would say we are anti-Semites for saying all this or even thinking it. But if you think about it, these Arabs are the real Semites. These Ashkenazi Jews hate those Arabs. That means these Ashkenazi Jews hate Semites. That means these Arab-hating Jews are the real anti-Semites. Think about it. You can be sure both the Arabs and the Jews have. Both groups must think us all morons.
We think the Jews keep calling people anti-Semites because every minute their victims spend trying to understand or defend themselves is one less minute available for critical thinking about definitions and meanings.
But the words we use, matter. Words are our map of what is real to us.
If Doctor Hayakawa were alive, he would agree. So would Alfred Korzybinski.
If we agree that the term 'anti-Semitic' is semantically null, then it follows that the use of the term must be regarded as an expletive, IE, devoid of meaning and intellectual content - but chock full of emotion.
We think that we must trace the source of this emotion to its root in order to understand what is really happening in such transactions.
We think many Ashkenazi Jews are clinically insane (in no small part, due to centuries of endogamous marriages, IE, inbreeding), and this is why they drive everyone around them crazy with their many neuroses, psychoses and phallic fixations - food for much thought, there, comrades.
We draw upon fifty years of experience dealing with our own family, as evidence. One side of the family was obsessed with drama and deceit and superiority and money and living in cities. The other side was not.
